Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Leader to own the end-to-end mentorship, career readiness, and talent development ecosystem for learners/professionals across cohorts. This role is responsible for designing, scaling, and continuously improving structured mentorship, behavioral preparation, interview readiness, and career asset quality.
The role blends strategic program design, applied behavioral expertise, and hands-on leadership to ensure individuals are not just placed or promoted-but are genuinely prepared for high-stakes hiring, leadership, and performance environments.
Key Responsibilities
Mentorship & Coaching Program Leadership
- Design and lead structured 1:1 and group mentorship programs at scale
- Recruit, onboard, train, and enable mentors/coaches to deliver consistent, high-quality guidance
- Define mentorship frameworks, interaction standards, and quality benchmarks
- Track participant progress, identify readiness gaps, and intervene through targeted coaching or program redesign
Behavioral Preparation & Interview / Performance Readiness
- Own the design and evolution of behavioral and professional readiness curricula
- Focus on communication, storytelling, self-awareness, decision-making, executive presence, and confidence
- Integrate behavioral preparation with role-specific, functional, or industry readiness
- Develop and maintain behavioral readiness assets and playbooks
- Use performance and outcome data to continuously refine preparation approaches
Career & Professional Asset Quality
- Oversee quality and consistency of career assets such as:
- Resumes / CVs
- LinkedIn profiles
- Interview narratives
- Portfolios / video profiles (where applicable)
- Ensure all assets align with recruiter, hiring manager, and leadership expectations.
- Build scalable review systems, feedback loops, and quality controls
Program Governance & Quality Control
- Establish measurable standards for career readiness, behavioral competence, and interview performance
- Review cohort-level data, feedback, and outcomes to guide program improvements
- Build scalable systems, SOPs, playbooks, and training modules for long-term sustainability
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of career coaches, program managers, and facilitators
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as:
- Placements / Hiring
- Academics / Curriculum
- Admissions / Growth
- Leadership / Strategy

Required Qualifications
Experience & Background
- 7-10 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Career development
- Mentorship or coaching programs
- Leadership or talent development
- Behavioral training or interview readiness
- Prior experience designing and scaling programs and managing mentors/coaches/facilitators
- Strong grounding in applied psychology, coaching methodologies, behavioral science, or leadership development
- Background in Psychology, Organisational Behavior, HR, or an MBA is preferred
- Experience in education, EdTech, consulting, executive coaching, or talent development environments is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of behavioral interviewing and hiring psychology
- Strong program design, facilitation, and coaching capabilities
- Ability to build repeatable, scalable systems without compromising quality
- High ownership mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Strong leadership presence and stakeholder influence skills
