Job Description

Sr Manager HR (Industrial Relation /Employee relations )

  • Directly responsible for creating a labour relations strategy and implementing the same.
  • Prepare a workforce strategy and drive the team in the implementation of the same
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to and work with the subfunctions Contract recruitment, PF , ESIC , Cotractor hirng ,OT , Perks ,Payroll, and Disciplinary action .
  • Responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for the workforce
  • Fostering employee engagement through career guidance, work-life balance, promoting diversity & inclusion, health & wellness.
  • Ensure a positive IR climate in the factory/organisation
  • Implement effective communication, intervention, counselling etc. - to continuously improve employee morale.
  • Liaising with Government authorities/Labour department.

KPI

  • Managing and ensuring smooth employee relations and industrial relations without impacting operations.
  • Ensure timely fulfilment of all Factory related statutory requirements including OT and compliance .
  • Zero Tolerance & Ensure no deviation in Legal compliance and case of any deviation coordinate with respective stakeholders and provide timely corrective action

Basic Education and Experience :

  • Full-time course in MBA / MSW or PG Dip in Personnel Management or PGDHRM or Human Resources Management/ Personnel Management
  • Minimum 12 to 14 years experience in Handling IR &ER in a Manufacturing Industry
  • Knowledge of Labour laws, IR, ER, HRM, OT methodology & techniques, OB, Excel.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Experience in handling unions and settlements will be desirable asper Union act 1926.

Compensation & Offerings:

  • CTC Minimum 10-14 Lakh per annum (No limitation for exceptional candidates)
