Job Description

As a WordPress Solution Developer in India within the Solutions Implementation team, you will have the opportunity to provide technical leadership and hands-on development for multiple projects simultaneously. This role also involves taking on the responsibility of Technical Leadership within the Web Development domain. Based out of Bangalore, India, you will be accountable for various key responsibilities.

Your main responsibilities will include showcasing strong technical leadership and hands-on skills in Wordpress, MySQL, JQuery, CSS3, and HTML5. It will be your duty to implement best practices for project delivery in Wordpress, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality customer deliveries through effective management of a delivery team. You will oversee all major and minor project releases for the Solutions Implementation team and conduct peer-reviews, lead reviews, and provide feedback in Website Development.
Additionally, you will be advising on and coordinating the technical activities of teams, identifying and owning architectural and technically based risks, ensuring non-functional requirements are achievable and met, and adhering to appropriate standards of technical best practices. Managing the technical configuration of the solution, handling the technical aspects of transitioning the solution into live use, and resolving technical differences between team members will also be part of your role.

Desired skills for this position include hands-on experience with Wordpress, JQuery, CSS3, HTML5, and MySQL. It is beneficial to have knowledge of PSD Conversion to HTML, experience in Responsive Web Design, Cross-Browser Implementation, and Team Handling. Leadership and management skills are crucial, as you will be managing and technically leading the project team, project deliverables, and monitoring project progress and performance.
In terms of education and experience requirements, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant fields is necessary, along with at least 3 years of experience in a Web Developer role within technology and product development teams. You should have experience working in a global distributed development model, a proven track record of delivering high-performance products, and proficiency in Wordpress, HTML/CSS, jQuery, and MySQL. Additionally, you will be expected to imbibe and represent the organization's culture and core values, providing feedback to the leadership team based on your understanding of business, markets, and industry trends and needs.,
