Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telephone Operator located in Delhi, India. The Telephone Operator will be responsible for managing phone calls through the switchboard, ensuring proper phone etiquette, and providing customer support. Daily tasks include answering and directing calls, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring efficient communication within the hotel.

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Switchboard Operator skills
• Customer Support and Communication skills
