Job Description
- Shapercult is in the process of establishing India's next iconic shapewear brand and is seeking a Brand Visual Identity Designer to take the lead in developing a daring, stylish, and consistent brand universe across various touchpoints.
As a Brand Visual Identity Designer at Shapercult, your responsibilities will include owning and enhancing the visual identity of the brand across digital platforms, packaging, campaigns, and retail spaces. You will be tasked with designing brand assets, advertising creatives, lookbooks, website layouts, and social media content. Collaboration with the content, marketing, and product teams will be essential to ensure brand uniformity. Your role will demand bringing fashion-forward aesthetics and design thinking that is conscious of current trends to each project. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and refining a brand style guide that can accommodate the company's growth.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 2 years of design experience in fashion/apparel, beauty, or lifestyle brands. A robust portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in branding, campaign development, and digital design is required. An understanding of direct-to-consumer (D2C) aesthetics, minimalist design principles, and the ability to convey stories through visuals is essential. Experience in photo/video direction, typography, and motion graphics would be a bonus.

Work Arrangement: On-Site
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: INR 50,000 - INR 70,000 per month
