Retail Survey Executive - Customer Experience & Data Analysis

Job Overview
As a Retail Survey Executive, you will conduct regular in-store surveys, mystery audits, and performance evaluations to capture authentic data and drive customer-focused improvements. The role demands accuracy, timely reporting, and collaboration with frontline teams to implement feedback-driven changes. Your insights will contribute to improving setup quality, customer satisfaction, and business value growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct daily and monthly retail surveys to assess service quality, customer satisfaction, and process compliance
* Ensure accuracy and consistency in data collection and report submission
* Submit daily reports and escalate critical feedback for immediate action
* Monitor mystery shopper scores and identify improvement opportunities
* Contribute to reducing customer complaints related to product setup or service quality
* Support initiatives aimed at increasing MS Office business performance compared to the previous year
* Analyze survey data to generate insights that support operational and commercial decision-making
* Collaborate with retail and customer service teams to close quality gaps

Job Requirements

* Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
* 1 3 years of experience in retail operations, research, or customer service
* Strong research and analytical skills; ability to derive insights from survey data
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
* Problem-solving skills with adaptability during field assignments
