Job Overview
As a Sales Manager Credit Cards, you will be responsible for driving revenue through in-store credit card sales, managing a team of relationship officers, and coordinating with partner banks and third-party manpower agencies. Your role includes managing the P&L, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing sales productivity, and maintaining accurate reporting through MIS and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the P&L for credit card sales within Sharaf DG stores
* Recruit, train, and mentor sales teams to improve productivity, conversion rates, and card mix quality
* Ensure high standards of compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal processes
* Drive premium card sales and maintain strong approval rates across assigned locations
* Monitor and reconcile daily and monthly MIS with partner banks to track sales and avoid revenue leakage
* Share sales performance and reporting updates with internal stakeholders regularly
* Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from partner banks or vendors
* Build and maintain relationships with third-party staffing providers and bank representatives
* Identify and act on opportunities to expand retail banking sales presence across new locations

* Bachelor s degree required
* Minimum 5 years of experience in credit card sales within the banking sector
* Proven experience managing a high-performing sales team
* Proficient in Excel and data-driven reporting
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
