Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose appropriate solutions
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Spoken fluency in Tamil language and business proficiency in English
• Ability to make sales calls and achieve sales targets
• Good understanding of regional social media platforms and trends especially in the Astrology & devotion category
• Understanding of ShareChat and our target audience and users is a must
• Strong ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Discipline and rigor to ensure day-to-day tasks are closed with no lags
• Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams; must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution
• Detail-oriented organizational skills
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
