What Youll Do

• Partner with business to drive financial visibility, planning, and performance tracking; act as the primary finance partner to the Ads team, providing financial insights to drive revenue growth and margin improvement across direct and programmatic channels
• Build and own revenue and P&L forecasts and reporting models
• Analyze yield, CPMs, fill rates, and partner-level performance to identify drivers of revenue variance
• Provide actionable insights on inventory monetization, ad product performance, and advertiser ROI
• Partner with sales, ad ops, and controllership to ensure robust controls around bookings, pipeline, and collections, and ensure accuracy of revenue reporting
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. with legal, business, finance) to manage contract execution, ensuring timely closure, commercial alignment, and compliance with internal policies
• Work with business to evaluate new revenue opportunities, pricing strategies, and commercial partnerships

Who are you

• Previous experience in business finance or strategic finance / FP&A, strong analytical and excel skills, strong communication skills
• 3 - 5 years of work experience in Business Finance/Strategy roles (preferably in transactions heavy businesses), MBA is a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, collaboration/ team-player and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment
• Must be Proactive and self-motivated
• Should own and drives initiatives to closure
• Ability to work in unstructured environment and on ambiguous problem statements
