What does the team do?

As a part of the Strategic Finance team, you will help scale the financial reporting, analytics, and planning capabilities and empower decision makers across our different businesses and functions.You will play a key role in all aspects of financial reporting and make significant contributions to high-profile strategic and operational initiatives.

What You’ll Do?

• Help and Support business teams in achieving their goals and being an effective finance partner driving financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the business.line
• Analyze key KPIs of the businesses and drive strategic initiatives to improve financial performance
• Monthly MIS and P&L reporting for the business line
• 
  Driving forecasting and annual operating plans for the business line
• Vendor negotiations on key contracts for the business
• Effective stakeholder management
• Act as the link between finance and business orgs
• Joint responsibility of business line P&L along with business leaders
• Work with business teams to define, measure and drive improvement in operating as well as financial metrics
• Drive ROI narrative in key business decisions, identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and lead execution thereof
• Provide periodic updates / flash to management on the actual and rolling forecast for the month.
• Acts as a one source of truth for numbers - Key financial metrics and performance drivers
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, increase efficiency and drive data-based decision making

­­­­­­Who are you?

• Previous experience in business finance or strategic finance / FP&A, strong analytical and excel skills, strong communication skills
• 3 - 5 years of work experience in Business Finance/Strategy roles (preferably in transactions heavy businesses), MBA is a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, collaboration/ team-player and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment
• Must be Proactive and self-motivated
• Should own and drives initiatives to closure
