Mirae Assets Sharekhan - Relationship Manager - Equity - NRI Desk

- Act as the Sales representative of Singapore office and pitch Singapore domiciled products under Mirae Asset Singapore office and its permitted registrations under the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
- To pitch India-domiciled products under the regulatory framework of MAS and SG office.
- To pitch products to Accredited Investors (AI), Legal persons and Individual clients/NRIs (if permitted by local SG office licensing framework) with all disclosures.
- To act as the Relationship Manager for India based products for existing clients and act as a referral agent to Sharekhan India for newly introduced clients.
- Offer Overseas products cannot in compliance with MAS guidelines.
- To confirm and document AI status before pitching or discussing offshore products and offer Singapore and overseas products (including India markets) only to AI clients.

- Route all account opening, documentation, and onboarding through MAS SG systems and follow MAS SG compliance policies, sales scripts, and approvals at all times.
- To support SG office and India office on conducting AML, KYC, Screening of customers and collate and co-ordinate for documentation.
- Maintain complete audit trails of client communications and meetings
- To have periodic compliance reviews with Mirae SG and Sharekhan India.
- Regular reporting to Sharekhan Board on client acquisition and regulatory updates.
- To deal/liase with Custodians/DDPs, Banks of Singapore and India in relation to account opening of clients under the FPI regime.
- Liasoning with Account opening team of Sharekhan Ltd. for onboarding of customers.
- To act as the first line of relationship for account opening, daily trades, grievance handling and adhere to clients requests, etc.
Requirements :
- Experience in broking industry
- Knowledge of Indian Stock Market
- Should be currently residing in Singapore
