- Expertise in Income tax/ Direct Tax laws in India
- Reviewing the tax positions and advising Company on its compliance, reviewing the changes in tax laws and its impact on the Company

- Reviewing the major transactions from tax perspective, review the possibility of tax efficiency in new or existing transactions
- Handling the Income tax assessment and enquiries/ communication with Department
- Handling the Income tax Audits, ensuring the tax compliances are fully met
- Coordination the external consultants on the various aspects of taxation including tax opinion
- Advising the internal teams on compliance with Direct Tax laws
- Working knowledge of Indirect Taxes (GST) and ensuring Indirect Tax Compliance
