Job Description

Job Summary

ShareSquare is seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveCRMExecutive to manage, maintain, and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The role focuses on ensuring accurate data, supporting sales performance, and improving customer engagement through effectiveCRMusage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales funnel integrity, from lead intake to funded investor
  • Manage the client onCRMsystem, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Upload, update, and track leads, clients, and transactions
  • Assign leads to sales teams and monitor follow-ups and conversion status
  • Develop promotion messages, system automation, andCRMtools to optimize conversion and client's retention
  • GenerateCRMreports and dashboards for management (leads, sales performance, pipelines)
  • Support sales and marketing teams withCRM-related tasks and data insights
  • Ensure properCRMusage and compliance by all users
  • Coordinate with IT orCRMvendors for system improvements and troubleshooting
  • Maintain client records, communications, and documentation within theCRM
  • Monitor conversion rates, aging, and drop-offs across all funnel stages
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommendCRM, process, or automation improvements to improve conversion and funding timelines
  • Track RM performance, follow-up discipline, and SLA compliance within theCRM
  • Ensure investor journeys, communications, and disclosures are properly logged to support compliance and audit requirements
  • Collaborate with management to defineCRMKPIs tied to revenue, funding days, and client retention
  • MaintainCRMdata readiness for regulatory reviews, audits, and management reporting
  • Support segmentation of investors by behavior, ticket size, and lifecycle stage

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience inCRMadministration or sales operations
  • Experience usingCRMplatforms
  • Strong attention to detail and data management skills
  • Experience working with sales funnels, conversion metrics, and performance reporting
  • Comfort working with sales teams and enforcingCRMdiscipline

    Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate, fintech, or investment companies
  • Knowledge of lead management and sales pipelines
  • Basic understanding ofCRMautomation and reporting
  • English fluency (Arabic is an advantage)
