JobSummary:

We are seeking an experienced ITManager–ERP with deep expertise in OracleE-BusinessSuite(EBSR12) and strong
functional and technical knowledge of SupplyChainManagement(SCM) and Financemodules. The ideal candidate will have a
solid background in the retaildomain, managing POS

systems, applicationintegrations, inventorycontrol, Retailsales and
overseeing month-endclosingactivities. This role demands excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills to
align technology initiatives with business goals.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle EBS R12 ERP system with a focus on SCM and Finance modules.

• Oversee the implementation, support, and enhancement of ERP functionalities across retail operations.

• Manage POS systems integration and ensure seamless real-time data flow between retail outlets and central ERP

systems.

• Coordinate month-end and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

• Drive improvements in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and retail stock-taking activities.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ERP, POS, and third-party applications.

• Collaborate with business users, finance, procurement, and supply chain teams to identify system enhancements.
• Plan and manage IT projects including upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.

• Ensure ERP systems compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

• Provide leadership to a cross-functional IT team and serve as the key liaison between business and technical teams.

RequiredSkills&Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience with OracleEBSR12(SCM&Financemodules).

• Hands-on experience in

retailPOSsystems and their integration with ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of retailinventorymanagement, cycle counts, and physical stock-taking.
• Experience with ERPmonth-endclosingprocesses, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in systemintegration,APIs, and middleware tools.

• IT Infrastructure,LAN/WAN

• Server Administration (Linux & windows) • IT procurement /IT budgeting

• Hardware & software support to end USERS • Excellent English Communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a retaildomain is mandatory.

PreferredQualifications:

• Education:BachelorsDegreeinComputerScience
• Oracle certifications (functional or technical)

• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 or cloud-based ERP systems is a plus
• Knowledge of business intelligence/reporting tools (e.g., OBIEE, Power BI)
• Candidate should be Available inside UAE
