SHEeth Collective is an impact-focused AgriTech startup building decentralized, solar-powered cold storage systems to solve Indias massive post-harvest losses, starting with rural women and clean tech.

Weve just made it to the top 5% globally in the Unlock Her Future Prize and are now entering the semi-finals. This is an opportunity to join a category-defining agritech startup right before takeoff.

???? What Were Looking For

Youre a high-agency, resourceful problem-solver from a Tier 1 college or with early-stage startup experience. You dont wait for instructions you find ways to build, test, and scale impact.

Youll work directly with the founder to:

• 
  Drive a 2-week prototype sprint with engineering interns
• Set up systems, operations, and early partnerships
• Shape the product roadmap and user research
• Support funding, grants, and incubator applications
• Eventually own operations, strategy, or impact whatever excites you most

???? This Role Is Perfect For:

• Students, graduates or early-stage professionals from Tier I colleges
• Must have prior experience in startup teams, product building, operations, fellowships, or impactful grassroots initiatives
• Ex-founders, PMs, COOs, campus leaders, or zero-to-one builders
• Anyone with a dream to co-build a scalable climate/impact venture
• Based in India (Bangalore/ Hyderabad preferred): work is remote with occasional travel
