Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-drivenIT Sales Professionalwith a proven track record in sellingIT services and staff augmentation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in theend-to-end sales cycle, including RFP/RFI responses, client acquisition, relationship management, and account farming. You will be responsible for building long-term strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing revenue from existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in theIT services and staff augmentationspace.
- Respond toRFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, collaborating with presales and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals.
- Own the full sales lifecycle:lead generation, pitch, negotiation, closure, and post-sale client relationship.
- Develop and grow existing accountsby identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities (account mining/farming).
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers including CXOs, procurement heads, and IT managers.
- Work closely withdelivery, operations, and recruitmentteams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
- Regularly update CRM with opportunity pipeline and client interaction data.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annualrevenue and margin targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ yearsof experience inIT services and/or staff augmentation sales.
- Proven expertise inRFP/RFI response management.
- Strongnegotiation, consultative selling, and presentation skills.
- Excellentrelationship-buildingandclient managementcapabilities.

- Familiarity with sales tools likeCRM platforms (e.g., Pipe Drive, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
Preferred:
- Experience in selling toIndia,US/APAC/EMEA markets.
- Network of enterprise and mid-market contacts inIT, BFSI, Healthcare, Automotive or Manufacturingdomains.
- Understanding oftechnology stacks, digital transformation, and staffing delivery models.
- Aware about developments in AI and its applications/use cases/tools.
