Role Description

The Senior Sales Manager-Reactive will be responsible for managing and closing sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.
Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in sales and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
