Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our engineering team, focusing on building scalable backend systems and data pipelines tailored for healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with clinical data standards and developing APIs to support healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services and applications using Python.


• Design and enhance data pipelines for processing healthcare-related data.


• 
  Create RESTful APIs and enable seamless integration with third-party platforms such as EHRs and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, QA, and product stakeholders.


• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to development best practices.


• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.


• Document processes and support the deployment of solutions in live environments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Python development.


• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.


• Proficiency with frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

  Familiarity with healthcare data formats and standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and understanding of HIPAA compliance.


• Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.


• Skilled in developing and integrating APIs and working with microservice-based architectures.


• Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.


• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.


• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Education:

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. or B.Sc in any specialization


• PG: MCA or equivalent in any specialization
