    Job Overview


    As a trained CDO at G4S, you will be part of the security and operations team responsible for safeguarding premises and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Your role will involve monitoring and reporting activities, data management, and supporting operational security functions.


    Key Responsibilities


    • Secure premises such as office buildings, warehouses, factories, courts, banks, and retail outlets.

    • Conduct foot and vehicle patrols to monitor and identify potential risks.

    • Control entry and exit points for individuals, vehicles, and materials.

    • Operate and monitor security systems including CCTV and surveillance equipment.

    • Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist in preventing unauthorized activity.

    • Patrol parking areas to ensure vehicle safety.

    • Prepare and submit daily reports to supervisors in line with company procedures.

    • Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.

    • Record, process, and manage data using Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.

    Ideal Candidate Profile


    • Minimum education: 12th pass (Graduates/Postgraduates preferred for MIS role).

    • Age: 22 to 35 years.

    • Prior experience in security or MIS preferred.

    • Physically and medically fit.

    • Strong sense of responsibility and maturity.

    • Required Skills

    • MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic computer operations.

    • Typing and internet research skills.

    • Reporting and documentation abilities.

    • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
