Overview
Responsible for driving sales in a specific region, achieving targets, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Involves strategy, team coordination, and market analysis to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Plan and execute strategies to meet revenue and market share goals; track performance and competitor activity; set team targets.
- Customer Management: Build relationships with doctors, surgeons, and hospital staff; resolve issues; provide ongoing support and visits.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, and expand into new segments; share insights with management.
- Product Promotion: Educate healthcare professionals, conduct demos/workshops, and support marketing campaigns.
- Reporting: Monitor sales and provide regular performance reports.

- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 1 year of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
