Job Description
- As a Manager -Channel Management Cutting Sales & Welding Products, your role involves driving profitable growth for the product range through the execution of the channel sales strategy. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners, collaborating with them to achieve mutual goals
- Developing and maintaining relationships with end users, generating inquiries
- Collaborating with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts
- Monitoring industry trends, staying updated on competitors and market conditions
- Creating and managing channel partner budgets and forecasts
- Identifying and resolving conflicts within the channel
- Providing support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings
- Developing and implementing channel partner programs, such as training and marketing skills
- Realizing annual budgeted plan and delivering the regional business plan for all product sales
- Implementing new market opportunities and evaluating market conditions to identify new opportunities
- Identifying needs to develop product and sales channels for all products
- Managing funnel and forecast inputs to ensure budget realization
- Providing market intelligence data to the management team to support regional strategy planning
Qualifications:
Education Requirements:
- B.E/ B. Tech/ Diploma (Mech/ Instrumentation/ Electrical). MBA preferred.
Technical Requirements:
- Advanced PowerPoint/ MS Excel skills
- Advanced presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills, ability to influence decision-making and credibility
- Familiarity with CRM usage and Opportunity/Sales Funnel
- Team player who can work cross-functionally

Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in cutting & welding products/ Gas Industries/ related EHS-Industrial safety products with Channel management sales system
- Capacity to understand customer/end user needs and convert them into business opportunities
- Good presentation and convincing skills
- Customer support and monitoring strategy for segments and market
- Sales result-oriented with a goal to hit the annual budget target
Mobility & Travel Requirements:
- Extensive traveling in the assigned region
Language Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi required. Additional regional language skills would be an advantage
