Roles & Responsibilities:
? Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
? Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities
? Handle entire target-based sales for the assigned region
? Call prospective clients, negotiate, and finalize orders
? Liaison with Architects, Builders & Developers, Swimming Pool Contractors,
Dealers, and end customers
? Provide complete product information, guidance, and sales support to clients
? Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
? Maintain follow-ups, sales data, and basic reporting
Required Skills:
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
? Target-driven mindset with ownership of results
? Ability to understand customer requirements and offer solutions
? Knowledge of building materials / tile industry will be an advantage
