Job Description
Role Overview:
Responsible for driving the growth of the Bank's Retail Mortgage portfolio, including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Lease Rental Discounting (LRD).
The role involves end-to-end deal management from self-sourced lead generation to final disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Source high-quality retail assets through self-generated leads, branch activities, and a robust network of DSAs, Connectors, CAs, and financial consultants.

- Credit & Due Diligence: Conduct initial file screening, site visits, and KYC verification. Coordinate closely with the Credit Department to ensure smooth processing and adherence to bank policies.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage end-to-end transaction closures by engaging with both internal teams and external clients/partners.- Market Intelligence: Maintain thorough knowledge of banking products and market trends to ensure only high-potential cases are put forward for approval.
