Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Location: Gurgaon & Noida
Compensation: Up to 6-7 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Lead to drive insurance sales operations across Gurgaon and Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Advisors
• Drive sales of Life, Health, and General Insurance products
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Develop and implement local sales strategies for Gurgaon and Noida markets
• Monitor team performance and conduct regular training & performance reviews
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high client retention.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 26 years of experience in Insurance Sales (Team handling experience mandatory)
• Strong understanding of insurance products and market trends
