Title: Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Timing: 5 pm - 2 am (IST)

Location: Remote - India

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to fill a position on our continually growing Accounts Payable team. The position will report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager. Candidates based out of Delhi NCR will be preferred. This position will primarily work in US CST hours.

What You’ll Do

• Vouch vendor invoices in compliance with SLAs, SOPs and other guidelines in various accounting and other software.
• Review and approve vendor invoices for both PO and Non-PO. Also ensure approval for T&E vouchers.
• Create ACH payment batches, setup wires payment files, including setting up wires, etc.
• Supervise Pcard setup and credit card reconciliations.
• Responsible for month end accounting reconciliations, reclasses and review the information for coding accuracy including resolution of aged vendor balances.

• Provide approval of vendor invoices.
• Create SOPs, process documents, RCMs for AP.
• Provide reporting support to AP Manager on various KPIs and SLAs of various processes.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
  

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Graduation in Accounting, Commerce or Finance.
• Overall experience of 6-8 years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel with demonstrated excel skills.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Must be flexible, conscientious, adapt easily, and be motivated by constant change.
• Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well with a team, but can manage their workload independently.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred but not mandatory.
