About the Role
Shiprocket is looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales professional to drive business growth for our Agentic AI and Voice Bot solutions. This role is heavily focused on new business acquisition while also managing and growing strategic client relationships post-closure.

Key Responsibilities


- Drive enterprise sales and new business acquisition for Agentic AI and Voice Bot solutions across multiple industry segments.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, enterprise outreach, and consultative selling.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution discussions with key decision-makers and leadership stakeholders.
- Understand client workflows, operational bottlenecks, and automation requirements to position relevant AI-driven solutions.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiations, pilot conversions, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to drive account growth, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Solutions, and Tech teams to align business requirements with solution offerings.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding and post-sales experience for clients while acting as a strategic business partner.
- Stay updated on AI, automation, conversational AI, and workflow technology trends.
What We're Looking For

- Strong experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B SaaS Sales, Solution Sales, or Technology Sales roles with a focus on hunting and acquisition.
- Exposure to selling AI products, Voice Bots, Chatbots, Conversational AI, workflow automation, CRM, or customer engagement platforms.
- Strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Experience handling outbound sales, enterprise accounts, product demos, and business closures. - Ability to simplify AI and automation use cases for business stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Background
- Experience across AI, SaaS, Automation, CRM, Martech, CPaaS, or Workflow Automation platforms.
- Exposure to industries like logistics, e-commerce, fintech, real estate, EdTech, or customer operations will be an added advantage
