Role Overview:
The Program Manager will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives across Shiprocket, focusing on process improvement, change management, and stakeholder alignment. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, operations, and marketing, to ensure successful program delivery and achievement of key business objectives. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our internal processes, implementing new technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ultimately enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations and positively impacting our customers' experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, plan, and execute complex programs, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and objectives.
- Manage program scope, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication to achieve program goals.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs from inception to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.
- Proven expertise in change management methodologies, with a track record of successfully implementing organizational change initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve critical issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA -or PMP certification is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
