Shiprocket - Senior Product Manager

Role Overview :

We are looking for a high-ownership Senior Product Manager to lead and scale AI- powered products, automation platforms, and intelligent systems that drive business efficiency, operational excellence, and customer experience.

You will solve complex, high-impact problems across workflows, business operations, customer journeys, enterprise processes, and AI-driven decision-making systems. You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Business, and Operations teams to build scalable products powered by GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation.
We care less about where you've worked and more about the scale of problems you've solved, products you've built, and the measurable impact you've driven.
What You'll Do :

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap planning, execution, launch, and continuous optimization.
- Build and scale AI-powered products leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, GraphRAG, Conversational AI, Voice AI, and intelligent automation frameworks.
- Drive automation and workflow transformation through AI copilots, multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, and decision-support platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Business, and Operations teams to solve complex problems and deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable product solutions using data, experimentation, and customer insights.
- Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and continuously improve adoption, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and drive execution in fast-paced Agile environments.
- Identify emerging AI opportunities and build innovative products that enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and business growth.
What We're Looking For :

- 4+ years of core Product Management experience.
- Proven experience owning and shipping products or platforms end-to-end.
- Strong experience working on complex, high-scale, data-intensive, or workflow- driven systems.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business metrics and customer outcomes through product innovation.
- Experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile/Sprint environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
Preferred AI & GenAI Experience
- Experience building or scaling GenAI, AI Copilot, Conversational AI, Voice AI, Automation, or AI-native products.
- Strong understanding of LLM-powered applications and enterprise AI use cases.
- Experience with RAG, GraphRAG, Semantic Search, Knowledge Retrieval Systems, NL2SQL, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, ADK, MCP, or similar ecosystems.
- Understanding of vector databases and AI infrastructure components.

- Experience designing multi-agent workflows, orchestration systems, or AI-driven automation platforms.
- Exposure to prompt engineering, AI evaluations, guardrails, observability, and responsible AI practices.
Strong Signals :

- Strong data orientation with experience in SQL, experimentation, funnel analysis, and product analytics.
- Experience building AI-powered automation products, copilots, assistants, or workflow platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Operations, and Business teams.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and translate them into scalable product solutions.
