Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Coordination

• Support the marketing team in POSM (Point of Sales Materials) allocation and ensure accurate tracking of deliveries and usage.
• 
  Support the order management process on relevant platforms (e.g., AddsApp) and ensure timely approvals and follow-ups.
• Maintain and organize brand assets (visuals, guidelines, templates, and POSM files) to ensure easy access and distribution across teams and markets.
• Raise and track purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely submission, approval, and payment follow-up.
• Coordinate monthly office order across departments and maintain an up-to-date inventory of saleable & POSM materials and marketing tools in the office.
• Support markets and the training team with in-store activations, such as masterclasses from asset development (visuals, invitations, communication materials) to on-site set-up coordination
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of brand events, launches, and retail activations

Reporting & Communication

• Consolidate marketing activity reports, offline & online alongside and feedback from local markets into regional summaries.
• Help build and distribute a regional marketing newsletter highlighting key initiatives, activations, and best practices.
• Gather and consolidate in-store pictures and visuals from different markets for reporting and reference alongside best practices from competition
  

Support the development, updating, and distribution of visual merchandising (VM) guidelines to ensure consistent brand presentation.
