Role Description
We are expanding our operations betweenChina and the Gulf regionand looking for a motivatedSales Executiveto join our growing team.
You will play a key role inbuilding and maintaining client relationships, managing leads, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from the first inquiry to shipment delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and reach out to potential clients in thecargo, logistics, and trading sectors.
- Build, manage, and maintainstrong, long-term relationshipswith existing clients.
- Handlecustomer inquiries and quotations, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and servicesto close profitable deals.
- Follow upon shipments, feedback, and renewals to secure repeat business.
- Update and maintainCRM recordsfor all client interactions and opportunities.
- Coordinate internally withoperations and finance teamsto ensure smooth service delivery.
- Report directly to the Sales Managerwith weekly progress and performance updates.
- Contribute to team targets, support marketing initiatives, and identify market trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent inArabic and English(spoken and written).
- Minimum2 years of experienceinsales or client relations, preferably in logistics, cargo, or freight forwarding.
