Job Overview:

We are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious Business Development Intern to generate leads, perform cold email outreach, and convert potential prospects into clients or scheduled meetings. This role is 100% commission-based, offering high incentives on every successful conversion.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients in target industries.
• Conduct research to find key decision-makers and their contact details.
• Draft and send personalized cold emails.
• Follow up with leads persistently and professionally.
• Convert leads into scheduled meetings or direct clients.
• Maintain an organized CRM/database of outreach activities.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Good written English for professional email drafting.
• Highly motivated to work on performance-based incentives.

Get Hired
