Job Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create accurate, compelling job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, social media, campus hiring, etc.).
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and hiring trends.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR professional.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interview methods.
Experience using ATS and HRIS systems.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with labour laws and hiring regulations is an advantage.

About the Role
