Job Description

    The Manufacturing Industry is looking for a Back Office Sales Executive (Female) with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The position is based in Odhav, Ahmedabad with a negotiable salary ranging from Rs.25,000 to Rs.30,000 per month.
    As a Back Office Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include receiving inquiries from various sources such as Indiamart, Trade India, and the company website. You will need to assess the genuineness of the inquiries before assigning them to the tele sales team. Maintaining accurate MIS/records/data, creating a customer database through data mining, and utilizing the company's ERP system for data entry will be part of your daily tasks.
    Developing a dealer network across India, generating sales leads through Google search and tele-calling, and achieving revenue targets set by the company are crucial aspects of this role. You will be responsible for converting inquiries from online marketplaces into sales, preparing price quotations, and following up with prospects for sales closure.

    Coordinating with the production team to prioritize and process orders, preparing invoices, dispatching orders, and resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely manner are essential duties. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain customer satisfaction, prepare various reports related to sales performance, and ensure efficient coordination with different departments.
    The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the company's products, competition, and positioning, along with analytical, interpersonal, and people skills. A graduate degree is required, preferably in Engineering but not mandatory.
