Job Description
- The HR Consultant company is looking for a dedicated individual to fill the position of HR Recruiter/Coordinator. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Com / B.Sc. / B.E (Computers / IT) / M.Sc. (IT) / MCA / MBA HR degree or equivalent, with either no experience or up to 7 years of experience in Recruitment / Placement. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role as the candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arranging & conducting interviews/initial screening of candidates.
- Following up with candidates.
- Coordinating with both clients and candidates.
- Preparing and posting job descriptions on various job portals.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Nikol, Ahmedabad. The salary for this position is negotiable, ranging from Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month, depending on the candidate's knowledge and experience.
