Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Penamaluru. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the assigned region, develop and implement sales strategies, and monitor team performance.

- Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, building relationships with retail partners, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities.

- The role also involves mentoring and training the sales team while ensuring effective communication between the company and its stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and business development skills, including market research and client engagement.

- Excellent leadership, team management, and training capabilities to drive team performance and achieve objectives.
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to foster client relationships.
- Ability to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and develop actionable strategies for regional growth.
- Proven experience in regional sales management or a similar leadership role in the retail or mattress industry is advantageous.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in relevant sales tools and software is a plus.
