NOC DWDM Engineer

Title: Technical Consultant Optics NOC
Location: Delhi NCR/Gurgaon

Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced professional with 610 years in managing and troubleshooting complex DWDM Optical Networks. The role involves network deployments, upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization on Ciena platforms (OME6500, Waveserver, RLS). Hands-on experience with OSA, SDH Analyzer, and Ethernet testers is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead installation, commissioning, and testing of Ciena DWDM equipment in greenfield and in-service environments.
  
  
  
• Execute network migrations, channel adds, node insertions, and hardware/software upgrades with zero downtime.
  
• Create and execute complex MOPs and Acceptance Test Plans.
  
• Provide on-site and remote technical support during deployments and maintenance.
  
• Collaborate with project, engineering, and field teams to ensure seamless delivery and network stability.

Education & Experience:

• B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in EXTC, Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
  
• Proven experience in DWDM network deployment, planning, and migration (Ciena preferred).
