Job Title: Sales and Marketing Intern (Full-Time)

About the Position:

Join Shreeji Softinfo Consultancy LLP as a Sales and Marketing Intern, where youll gain hands-on experience in marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, lead generation, outreaching via email or LinkedIn and market research. This role provides an opportunity to apply your marketing knowledge practically and contribute innovative ideas to help achieve business objectives.

We are looking for enthusiastic interns currently in the second last or final semester of their MBA or B.Tech programs who are eager to gain real-world exposure and contribute to a fast-growing IT company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Collect and analyze data from websites.
• Prepare and distribute promotional materials.
• Manage and update the companys database and CRM systems.
• Conduct market research and support daily marketing tasks.
• Lead generation through cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Advanced), and other outreach tools.
  

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field (preferably in final or second-last semester of MBA/B.Tech).
• Strong willingness to learn and demonstrate professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing software.
• Passion for marketing and its best practices.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation, proposals, and documentation

Additional Skills:

• Ability to multitask and take initiative.
• Experience with content creation and social media strategies is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
