Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other online platforms.
- Research and identify potential clients across offshore markets (U.S., U.K., Europe, Middle East, APAC).
- Extract and enrich lead data from tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, data scrapers, and other prospecting platforms.
- Build and maintain a lead database with accurate and updated information.
- Work closely with the sales team to share qualified leads for further engagement.
- Track and manage daily outreach activities using CRM tools.
- Follow up consistently on warm and previously contacted leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Report lead metrics and activity status to the senior.
Preferred candidate profile

- 6 months to 03 years of experience in lead generation or demand generation (preferably in the IT/software services industry).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research skills and ability to identify key decision-makers.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated to work independently.
- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, CRM, or Power BI solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
