Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other online platforms.
  2. Research and identify potential clients across offshore markets (U.S., U.K., Europe, Middle East, APAC).
  3. Extract and enrich lead data from tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, data scrapers, and other prospecting platforms.
  4. Build and maintain a lead database with accurate and updated information.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to share qualified leads for further engagement.
  6. Track and manage daily outreach activities using CRM tools.
  7. Follow up consistently on warm and previously contacted leads.
  8. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  9. Report lead metrics and activity status to the senior.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. 6 months to 03 years of experience in lead generation or demand generation (preferably in the IT/software services industry).
  2. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM systems.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong research skills and ability to identify key decision-makers.
  5. Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated to work independently.
  6. Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, CRM, or Power BI solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
