Job Description
What role you will play in team: You'll be a vital member of our actuarial team, contributing to the financial soundness of the company through accurate modeling and risk assessment.
What you will do: You'll build and maintain actuarial models, analyze financial data, conduct risk assessments, and present your findings to stakeholders.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and maintain actuarial models for pricing and reserving of life insurance products.
- Analyze financial data to assess the company's financial health and identify potential risks.
- Conduct risk assessments and sensitivity analysis to inform business decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of actuarial policies and procedures.
- Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Progress towards Actuarial exams (e.g., SOA, IFoA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in actuarial software (e.g., MoSes, Prophet).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with life insurance products and regulations (preferred).
