Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Consultant to join our real estate sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and closing deals directly with developers. This role is commission-based only, offering a rewarding structure tied to performance.
- Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties from our portfolio of developer partners.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective buyers and investors through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and property events.
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and site visits to provide detailed information and guidance.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions based on their investment goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and project launches.
- Handle client inquiries and maintain high standards of service through timely follow-ups and professional communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Accurately maintain records of leads, sales activity, and client feedback through CRM tools.
