Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary based in Ghaziabad. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining company records, and advising the board of directors on governance matters. Daily tasks include preparing agendas and minutes for board meetings, managing shareholder communications, and coordinating with regulatory bodies and legal advisors. The Company Secretary will also handle documentation and filings, ensure effective board administration, and maintain corporate governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in statutory compliance, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance
  • Skills in maintaining company records, documentation, and filings
  • Proficiency in managing shareholder communications and coordinating with regulatory bodies
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and on-site in Ghaziabad
  • Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience as a Company Secretary and knowledge of the FMCG sector is a plus
