Regional Payroll Specialist - Asia Pacific

The Challenge

As part of a wider HR transformation programme and the spinoff of Siemens Energy from Siemens, the payroll operating model moving forwardwill be fully comprehensive, split between a professional HR BPO for zero togross processing and managed payroll (gross to net) with industry leadingpayroll providers. We are looking for Regional Payroll Specialists to supportour Regional Payroll Leads in driving and implementing the overall strategy andgovernance for payroll within the region, ensuring operational performance withthird parties, driving standardization & efficient / lean processes, andcollaboratively working with internal stakeholders.

• You are ableto build trust


• Experiencedin Payroll management on a regional or sub-regional scale


• Thrives ina global environment, working flexibly where required


• You areprepared to work in English language most of the time


• You aresolution driven with excellent problem-solving skills
  

Must Have

• Full time bachelor’sdegree (accounting/finance background is a plus)


• 5-8 yearsof experience in payroll processing for APAC region


• Soundknowledge of payroll compliances and audits


• Understandingof HCM and T&A integrations with payroll (Workday, Kronos etc.)


• Priorexperience of working in multi country payroll outsourcing environment


• Excellentproblem solving and decision-making skills


• Proficiencyin using MS Office tools (MS Outlook, Teams, Excel etc.)

Your responsibilities

• Be a keyplayer in our payroll transformation project as part of a wider HRtransformation program


• Support theGlobal and Regional Payroll Leads in developing and building the global payrollgovernance approach


• Ensurecontrol framework is implemented and actively supervised in the region


• Ensurepayroll performance of third parties through key performance and riskindicators
