Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and React to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable applications, contributing to both backend and frontend components, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and user-focused solutions.
How Youll Make An Impact

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions, offering technical insight and innovative ideas.
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across both frontend and backend layers.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver well-structured and maintainable software solutions.
• Build and enhanced frontend applications using React.js, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
• 
  Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
  

What You Bring

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and at least one major web framework.
• Solid experience developing React applications
• Strong understanding of front-end-backend integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks.
• Exposure to DevOps tools or container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with TypeScript and frontend performance optimization.
