Become part of our global team as Team Lead (f/m/d) SAP Cross Application Services, to help shape and take responsibility for the digitalized future of our systems and processes as the leader of an interdisciplinary team.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• You will lead a global team of approximately 35 SAP experts in the SAP areas of Application Lifecycle Management, Master Data Governance, Regulatory Cross Services, and Collaboration, Process and Efficiency
• You are responsible for the operation and assurance of SAP services as well as the implementation and rollout of projects
• You define a strategy for all areas and ensure implementation via appropriate roadmaps, following the company-wide SAP strategy
• You are also responsible for the introduction and efficient use of the SAP Integrated Toolchain within the entire SAP organization
• As a manager, you drive digitalization in your area and shape service and vendor management as well as resource planning
• 
  You critically examine currently established solutions and processes and proactively develop your system landscape further with your strong technical understanding
• You proactively drive the continuous development of your team and ensure close, partnership-based, and trusting collaboration within your team and with all other stakeholders
• You independently identify potential for improvement and develop budgeting and implementation plans for these
  

Your Qualification and Experience:

• You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable discipline
• You have many years of relevant professional experience in IT management and are used to reacting flexibly to situations and handling multiple topics simultaneously
• You possess strong leadership qualities and have several years of experience in a global IT management role
• You have very profound SAP knowledge in various areas, gained both in project work and in ongoing operations
