We are looking for Production Supervisor –Traction Motors

You’ll make a difference by

Weare currently looking for a Production Supervisor, Traction Motors at ourmanufacturing factory in Nashik. Production supervisor will report to ManufacturingHead.

Thejob responsibilities of the Production Supervisor, include (but not limited to)

·Preparedaily / weekly production plan and loading to the team daily for the production.

·ConductSFM meeting to progress every day and align for the weekly / monthly target forthe production.

·Updatethe daily production updates to management with daily KPI target vs actuals.

·Ensurethe daily production output with maintaining Quality, safety while operations.

·Manageall internal stake holders for maintaining the production without disruption.

·

·Toreduce NCC root cause analysis of defects with using various tools like A3, 8D,etc.

·Upgradingproduction skills by job rotation in the team so on job skills development canbe done during normal production for the key manufacturing process.

·EnsuringIn process quality checks on the products daily. Also checking and maintainingdata for Resin parameters, etc.

·Ensuresnot only assembly quality but also the health of the machinery along with bestEHS practices like 5S, Lean, TPM, etc.

·Maintainsquality standards by establishing and enforcing production standardsmaintaining 5s in shop floor.

·Ensuringthe productivity of workmen, reduction in NCC, zero defects in production.

·Followsup with Planning & Logistics for timely delivery of material forProduction.

Desired Skills:

·Diploma or Graduate inElectrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

·

·Experience in Coilmanufacturing, Winding, Stator, Rotor, Assembly and Leading People.

·Should be proficient inEnglish, Hindi and Marathi.

·Strong communicationand organizational skills

·Proficiency in usingMicrosoft office suite and administrative applications.

·Self-motivated with aresults-driven approach with problem solving skills
