We are looking for an SAP Test Manager

You’ll make a difference by:

Qualifications:

• Bachelorand/or Higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Strongleadership and coordination skills with a proven track record of success inTest Lead roles within SAP projects, consistently delivering on time andensuring quality.
• Experiencein SAP testing across Agile projects.
• Handson experience with a broad range of Test Management and Test Automation toolssuch as SAP Solution Manager, Worksoft Certify.
• Communicationand collaboration skills, accustomed to working closely with all the E2Eproduct owners to establish and maintain robust professional relationships.

• Committedto continuous learning and development, with a passion for integrating newtechnologies and innovative methods to optimize Test Management.

Core Skills and Experience:

• Atleast 8-12 years of experience in SAP Test Management with having goodknowledge of SAP Business processes e.g. Lead to Cash, Design to Operate,Procure to Pay and Record to Report.
• Ableto develop a comprehensive test strategy and test plan. This includes definingtest objectives, scope, resources, and timelines. Test Managers need to createa clear roadmap for the testing process.
• Assembleand consult the team of testers in each increment. (Agile Methodology)
• Collaboratingwith Scrum Masters, Product Owners for each E2E processes to understand projectrequirements and design effective test cases and test scenarios. These shouldcover functional, non-functional, and regression testing.
• Overseeand support the execution of test cases. Monitor progress, identify issues, andensure that testing is conducted according to the plan that may involve manualtesting, automated testing, or a combination of both.
• Evaluatethe feasibility of test automation through Worksoft Certify tool and, ifapplicable, lead efforts to automate repetitive and critical test cases. 
• Maintaindetailed documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and any otherrelevant testing artifacts in Solman.
• Identifyand assess risks related to the testing process and work with stakeholders tomitigate these risks. This includes planning for contingencies in case ofunexpected issues. Work closely together with the responsible defect managersin the program.
• Continuouslyassess and improve the testing process. This may involve adopting new testingtools, methodologies, or best practices.
• BilingualGerman would be a plus.

• Havingworked of a large-scale S/4 HANA Implementation especially for SAP Test Managerrole.
• Strongcommunication skills and ability to connect with people from differentFunctions, Businesses, and teams.
• Comfortableand experienced in working with Cross Cultural teams, regions and countries.
• Proactivenessin terms of analysis of business needs, problem solving, and delivery ofsolutions is highly appreciated.
