Job Description
- Responsible for the assigned product portfolio orders & revenue growth (protection relays, RTU's, PQ meters & DFR) across all sales channels in UAE & Bahrain (Channel Partners, Distributors, Agents, System Integrators, OEM Partners).
- Plan, drive, and monitor achievement of agreed sales targets, ensuring strong market coverage. Shall be Team player with clear understanding of working in multi-cultural environment.
- Follow defined business processes that meet business needs across the organization.
- Self-driven individual with clear goal in achieving aggressive growth target.
- Build and enhance customer relationships focusing on customer centricity. The profile involves 50-60% of the local travel for periodic customer visits across UAE & Bahrain to improve the customer relationships and market transparency.
- Identify, onboard, and develop new sales channels and partners to strengthen market reach.
- Utilize Salesforce for planning, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting.
- Actively support tendering processes, including RFQ evaluation & coordination.
- Developing customer strategies, campaign plans, and contribute to their execution.
- Preparing/coordinating and negotiating proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt /Business Administration and Execution teams within the Business Unit which enables flawless performance throughout the sales cycle.
- Demonstration of commercial and technical expertise in specific market.
- Drive core sales strategy and growth initiatives within the region.
- Learn the CP product portfolio and study customer/market needs to shape market-driven strategies.
- Support and lead new product launches, campaigns, and promotions, maximizing customer awareness and sales opportunities.
- Organize and lead sales workshops, seminars, technical sessions, and events, strengthening brand presence and engagement.
- Responsible for coordinating internally with local & HQ teams to support the partners for all technical requirements, after sales support & partner issues.
- Strong technical expertise in protection relays & RTU's including applications. Ability to guide customers on protection philosophies, and application across feeders, transformers, generators, motors, and busbars etc.
- Deep understanding of protection integration within digital substations, including IEC 61850, RTU/HMI systems, redundancy concepts, cyber security standards & process bus/digital sub stations.
- Open to new learnings / technologies
- Advanced knowledge of compliance, ethical business conduct, and regulatory requirements.
- Providing information via CRM tools for forecasts and planning.
- Education: Electrical engineering degree
- 15-20 years of previous Technical Sales experience (preferably in Middle East)
- Previous experience working with protection relays, power Automation products/RTU's , PQ meters & Digital Fault recorders.

- Previous experience working with Siemens Protection and Automation products is preferred
