About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Work on exploratory data analysis and predictive modeling using technical expertise in deriving and uncovering patterns from underlying data and implement appropriate predictive modeling based on the business case


• Establish and support the rhythm of business activities related to advanced analytics and its capabilities


• Use excellent oral and written communication for findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in an effective and efficient manner


• Collaborate positively with business stakeholders to secure support and implement recommended solutions


• Develop business segment strategies, research competition markets, identify new areas where analytics will add business values, articulate propositions and identify growth opportunities


• Identify key issues and develop methodologies to refute them

Skills

• B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in computer science/information science/data science/machine learning etc.



• At least 2 years of proven experience as a data scientist


• Experience working with customer data and analytics, customer retention, customer segmentation and customer profiling is an advantage


• Excellent Python coding skills and usage and understanding of predictive modeling libraries in python, Power BI, SQL for MySQL and Oracle etc.


• Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from non-technical groups


• Ability to work individually and meet timelines
