Job Profile: Client Onboarding Executive / Work from Office

Package: 20k – 25k + Excellent Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities

• Connect with CRM-generated leads through calls, chats, and emails to identify potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and effectively present the companys copy trading solutions.
• Generate interest in the services, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into customers.

• Conduct timely follow-ups and guide clients throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Tele-Sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
