Product Manager Software Services

Were looking for a Product Manager for Software & Data to join our Global Services Team in Bangalore.
As a Product Manager, youll drive the value and impact of offers related to Interact Commons, including Interact Developer, Analytics, and other data-centric solutions. This involves the development of web apps, dashboards, APIs, and related service packages. Youll be responsible for software requirements and will collaborate with UX design, R&D, and stakeholders across commercial teams to deliver enhancements that meet customer/user and market needs.
Key Areas Of Responsibilities

• Discover, define, and evolve software and data analytics value propositions that drive customer and business impact.
• Developer a deep understanding of target customers and user needs, market trends, and competition to inform scope and prioritization.
• Collaborate with UX design to create optimal user experiences and validate value propositions through customer, user, and stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct detailed requirement collection from internal stakeholders as well as from customer insights. Document and prioritize these requirements and establish clear KPIs for R&D and downstream teams.
• Work closely with Architects and Product Owners to ensure product feasibility and support the R&D engineering team through software program increments.
• Break down and prioritize features, working with Product Owners and System Architects for feature realization and delivery in an agile process.
• Launch new software services and features, monitor performance using qualitative and quantitative methods, and iterate quickly.
• Support Signifys commercial teams through trainings and help with smooth product launches and deployments. Act as a service expert when addressing customer complaints.
• Ensure financial flows are in place and functioning for the overall offering.
• 
  Create and maintain product documentation, including software specifications, user guides, and release notes, with support from technical writers.
• Maintain the platform by managing updates, security, privacy, data interfaces, data regulation, and field issues.
• Collaborate with lead product manager to:
• Create and maintain the product vision and roadmap.
• Support with competition benchmarking.
• Develop business cases for new value propositions.
• Execute go-to-market plans, including commercial trainings.
• Ensure timely and within-budget delivery with project management support.

Required Competences

• Bachelors degree in computer science, data science, data analytics, or a related field.
• Experience launching products related to Cloud and SaaS.
• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• Experience as a product manager or product owner, or certification in product management, or an MBA.
• Experience with requirements collection going through the full software product lifecycle for 3+ products.
• Proven ability to work constructively and collaboratively with engineers, UX design, and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas: UX design, finance, sales, or marketing.
• Ability to solve complex issues, assess risks, and articulate thinking verbally and in writing.
• Awareness of modern tools and frameworks for data-driven value propositions
• Understanding of smart lighting and IoT systems (a big plus).
• Experience developing and launching products related to: AI, Big Data, Machine Learning (a big plus)
